The Buford Family Practice team and Lawrenceville Community Family Center are both made up of board-certified family practice physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. We believe the essence of primary care is to serve our patients by improving their health and providing resources.

Buford Family Practice was established in 2006 as a full-service patient care facility in Buford. We have since expanded to Lawrenceville so that we can provide excellent medical services to more patients across Georgia. Both locations are equipped to serve every family member’s health care needs, and our team is passionate about helping you get healthy and stay healthy. With decades of experience under our belts, we know that providing the best care requires more than medical knowledge, which is why we invest our time into getting to know our patients and your individual health needs, concerns, and goals. Ultimately we want to make your visits as productive as possible!

He opened the doors of Buford Family Practice on July 17, 2006, to provide comprehensive and compassionate care for all patients.

Dr. Osowa graduated from Nigeria’s Premier College of Medicine at the University of Ibadan before completing an internship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and then completed his residency at Grand Island Nebraska St. Francis Medical Center in 2005. A year later Dr. Osowa relocated to East Carolina University College of Medicine and specialized in Geriatrics.

Dr. Osowa is board-certified in both Family and Geriatric Medicine. He lives with his family in Suwanee, Georgia and enjoys spending his free time reading, biking and swimming with his children.
